At Total Balance, several of our group fitness classes are developed through MOSSA programming. Our MOSSA classes are Group Active, Group Centergy, Group Power, and Group Fight. A big part of why we continue to use MOSSA programming after 10 years of partnering with them is because they effectively emphasize and develop content structured around movement heath! MOSSA focuses on teaching the client to move functionally and effectively.

They do a great job at consistently providing a high-quality workout that’s different each time and keeps the class engaged and injury free! The four concepts MOSSA attempts to teach the client throughout a program cycle of classes are body awareness, neuromusculoskeletal control, personal intensity, and variability of movement.

If you’re looking for a great place to start with general wellness, check out a MOSSA class! Our instructors do a great job at welcoming new faces and we promise to get you a great workout in a positive environment that will make you want to keep coming back for more!
