One-on-One Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training
Train with a small group while still receiving personalized guidance. This option blends the structure of personal training with the energy of group fitness – at a lower cost per session than one-on-one training.
Fitness for Seniors
Eligible seniors receive free access through Medicare fitness benefits such as SilverSneakers, OnePass and AshLink, or a discounted $20/month senior membership.

Do I need to be a patient at Total Balance to join?
No. Our fitness centers are open to the community – you do not need to be a patient to join.
What’s included with a fitness membership?
Access to all Total Balance locations, easy-to-use strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes and a supportive environment. On-site physical therapy, personal training and nutrition guidance are available when needed.
Is this a regular gym?
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Personal training is available for all experience levels and goals, from getting started to building strength and consistency. We also offer semi-private personal training, which blends the structure and accountability of one-on-one training and group fitness classes, at a lower rate per session than one-on-one training.
Are group fitness classes included?

Yes. We accept SilverSneakers, OnePass and similar programs. Seniors without a fitness benefit through their insurance have access to a discounted membership of $20 / month.
