Do I need to sign up for classes ahead of time?
Yes — we recommend reserving your spot in advance through the My Member Account app. This guarantees your place and helps our team plan for each class. Ask our team if you have any questions about how to sign-up or use the app.
Are classes included with my membership?
Yes – unlimited group fitness classes are included but classes vary by location. Check your preferred location for the schedule.
What if I’m new to exercise or haven’t worked out in a while?
You’re in the right place. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you’re at. Our instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace and build confidence over time.
What should I bring to class?
Bring comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor shoes and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes including strength, mobility, cardio and classes designed specifically for seniors. Our schedule is designed to support all fitness levels and help you stay consistent.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
No problem — you can cancel or reschedule directly in the My Member Account app. We just ask that you do so ahead of time to open your spot for someone else.
