Leslie Rumble joined Total Balance as Assistant Manager in February 2026, bringing energy, organization and a personality that makes people feel right at home. Whether she’s helping things run smoothly behind the scenes or connecting with members and patients, Leslie plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment.

Outside of work, Leslie is a self-proclaimed TV nerd and movie buff who loves spending time with her family—including her dogs, cat and kid. In the summer, you’ll likely find her at the lake or enjoying time outdoors in her backyard. She’s fueled by Lucky Charm Bars and cortados, and if there’s music playing, there’s a good chance she’s dancing. Fun fact: her first concert was New Kids on the Block in 1990.
