About
Katelin is originally from Dilworth, MN. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Jamestown.
Katelin loves the sense of community at Total Balance—a place where patients, gym members and staff genuinely support and encourage one another. It’s an environment that makes it easy to show up, stay consistent and feel part of something bigger.
Her approach to care is patient-centered, functional and goal-driven. Katelin focuses on understanding each person’s lifestyle and needs, then building a plan that improves movement, reduces pain and helps them get back to what matters most. She’s all about creating long-term success through strength, confidence and better movement patterns.
Katelin is especially passionate about working with older adults, helping them improve safety, independence and confidence in their everyday lives. There’s nothing better than seeing someone accomplish something they didn’t think was possible.
One thing she wishes more people knew is that physical therapy isn’t just for pain. It’s also about improving function, staying active and maintaining a high quality of life.
Outside of work, Katelin enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, traveling, spending time at the lake and being outdoors with family and friends. Fun fact: she was a competitive swimmer for 14 years and has two cats.
