Connor graduated from the University of Mary Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2020. Before joining Total Balance in 2021, he worked in an outpatient physical therapy practice in Valley City, ND. He enjoys treating patients of all ages in the orthopedic setting and has completed advanced training in SFMA, Graston Technique, LSVT and Dry Needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Connor loves being part of a clinic that’s deeply connected to the community. By understanding the people they serve, he believes the Total Balance team is able to provide more personalized, meaningful care.

His approach is simple: meet people where they are. Whether someone is limited by pain, lacking confidence or simply looking to move better, Connor works alongside them to build strength, confidence and lasting progress. One of his favorite parts of being a physical therapist is seeing everything “click”when patients begin to understand their bodies and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

One thing Connor wishes more people knew is that physical therapy isn’t just for people in pain. PT can help improve balance, build strength, prevent falls, return you to the activities you love and help you stay active and independent for years to come.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys tackling home improvement projects and spending time with his wife, kids and dog. When he has free time, you’ll likely find him playing disc golf, hunting, fishing, hiking or playing guitar.
