We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess patients’ ability to safely and independently perform daily activities and design personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals. You will deliver therapy services in various settings, including patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes, ensuring that your care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating a patient’s condition and needs
• Developing treatment plans to address a patient’s needs and help them meet specific goals
• Assessing a patient’s home and/or work environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient’s needs and improve independence
• Training patients and their caregivers to use special equipment

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (ND and MN) or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in home health care, outpatient therapy, or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to patient needs.
