Total Balance Mobile Rehab

As the Mobile Rehab Office Manager and Clinic Manager of Total Balance Hawley, La Rae plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients, members and families feel confident, cared for and supported in their rehabilitation and fitness journeys. With more than three decades of experience in the medical and insurance sectors, she has dedicated her career to helping patients navigate the financial and insurance side of care with clarity and confidence. La Rae joined Total Balance in September 2021 as the North Fargo Office Administrator and transitioned to Manager for Total Balance Hawley and the Mobile Rehab Office Manager in February 2026, where she focuses on making care more accessible for patients receiving services in home settings and out of our Hawley location. Her approach is compassionate and solutions-focused, working to remove stress around insurance and ensure patients, members and families feel supported every step of the way. She is especially passionate about supporting aging populations so individuals can maintain independence and quality of life.
