Before you arrive:

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
In many cases, no. Direct access laws allow patients to begin physical therapy without a doctor’s referral, though some insurance plans may require one. If a referral is needed, our team will guide you through the process and help coordinate with your insurance and doctor.
Appointments typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your plan of care.
