Total Balance Physical Therapy & Fitness is not a typical outpatient clinic—we are a performance-driven, therapist-owned organization built around impact, growth, and leadership. We exist to serve our community at a high level by bridging the gap between rehabilitation and wellness. We are building a team of clinicians who are not just treating patients, but elevating the standard of care and representing the profession with purpose. This role is for individuals who want more than a job. It is for those who want to grow, lead, and make a measurable impact.

- Thrive in a structured, high-expectation environment

- Commitment to Growth – You actively seek feedback and apply it
- Exceptional Outcomes – You deliver results that matter to patients
- Representation – You represent Total Balance and the profession exceptionally, both inside and outside the clinic
