About
Originally from Jamestown, ND, Megan discovered her passion for movement and recovery through athletics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while playing collegiate volleyball at the University of Jamestown before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through the university’s DPT program in Fargo. Megan enjoys helping people of all ages reach their goals while building meaningful relationships along the way.
If you’ve been around our Moorhead location, you know Megan is all about connection. From checking in on how your weekend went to remembering the details that matter most, she believes great care starts with truly knowing the person in front of you.
Megan’s approach to physical therapy is personalized and people-first, tailoring each session to individual goals, preferences and real life. She’s especially passionate about working with older adults, helping them understand how their bodies move, manage and overcome persistent pain, and get back to doing what they love.
One of her favorite reminders for patients is that pain doesn’t always equal damage—and rest isn’t always the answer.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Megan at the lake, playing volleyball, traveling, hunting, working out, catching a concert or spending time with her friends, family, fiancé and their dog, Brooks.
