About
Brady graduated from St. John’s University in 2018 before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Jamestown in 2021. Following graduation, he spent his first year practicing in Rochester, MN, where he managed a local clinic and specialized in post-operative rehabilitation, neck pain, temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and upper extremity conditions. Brady joined Total Balance in 2022 and is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He is also certified in Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation and has a special interest in working with strength athletes and active individuals.
What Brady enjoys most about working at Total Balance is the people. From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense that you’re part of something bigger than your individual role. The teamwork, support and shared commitment to patient care create an environment where clinicians and staff truly show up for one another and the community they serve.
Brady’s approach to care is rooted in hands-on, personalized treatment that meets each patient where they are. He believes healing is never one-size-fits-all, which is why he takes time to understand each person’s goals, challenges and lifestyle. Through education, trust and tailored treatment plans, his goal isn’t just to help patients feel better—it’s to help them reach goals they may not have thought possible.
He’s especially passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure if improvement is possible. Walking alongside patients as they rebuild strength, confidence and independence is what makes the work most meaningful to him.
One thing Brady wishes more people knew is that physical therapy isn’t only for injuries. It’s also a powerful tool for prevention, education and long-term wellness, helping people move better, stay active and continue making meaningful memories with the people who matter most.
Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially when it involves sports, hunting, fishing or being outdoors. He’s looking forward to making even more memories with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Collins.
